I was ashamed of my place before Bio-One whirled through it. Now I can confidently have people over and not be afraid to show pics of just normal day activities at home. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a thorough cleaning service. I never took before pics but these are ones taken my Jason and his team. The after I took. It's a huge improvement.

Obviously if you're in the market for services of this type, you're already super stressed. I called and got quotes from a few other services before choosing Bio-One of Chula Vista. First of all, getting a quote for the entire job as opposed to paying an hourly or day rate saved quite a bit of $$$$. My particular job was cleaning out my mother's hoard, for the second time mind you. This hoard was utterly disgusting, rotting food everywhere, used adult diapers on the floor, and enough mice to take over a small country on top of waist high garbage. The stench was unreal. But Jason Madsen and his crew showed up and made it seem like it was no big deal. When you're so mortified you just want to curl up and hide, their level of go-to professionalism definitely made an awful situation easier. They were quick, but thorough. Several times one of the cleaners would bring a tiny jewelry box over to me that they dug out of the filth or some other tiny little trinket that looked valuable for me to assess. They called me over when they had questions about if something should go or not. Jason made it clear I didn't have to be there at all for the cleanup, but I knew there would be items that needed saving. At one point I was hemming and hawing about getting rid of my grandmother's tiki style cabinet. I really wanted it, but the mouse damage was pretty severe. Jason and another cleaner stopped what they were doing, came over, and spent several minutes telling me what the piece would require to be saved. I ended up tossing it. They did so many things like that all day, in the middle of that appalling disaster, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. Never did they seem disgusted, put out, or frustrated, the crew was actually very nice and amusing. And the icing on this disgusting cake was the amazing amount of clean up they did before they left. I didn't expect that at all. The house certainly wasn't perfect, but the major grime and filth was cleaned up. It was left in a livable state. The giant squeegee used on the kitchen floor was particularly satisfying to see. They filled up an entire 20ft truck and took all that shit away. If I could leave more stars, I certainly would. I did the research, you reap the reward. Save your frustration and time and go with this company. I'm so relieved I found them.

I used Jason and his team a couple months ago and they were great! I was renovating my child home that I inherited after a family member's passing and it was filled with clutter and bulky furniture no longer needed. They were able to clear it out in one day with no issues. His pricing was reasonable for the work they did, and I was satisfied overall. Would recommend Bio-One.
