Recently I had a need to disinfect a small rental property. Jason was on site within one hour of my call and was extremely professional providing the service. I feel very comfortable and confident with the result of his work.

I was recommended to Jason by a real estate colleague. We had an important and urgent assignment by an out-of-town client. It was a 4-unit building that had been abandoned and was taken over by vagrants. Jason boarded the place up and then came back with his crew for two days to clear out a mountain of CRAP. In fact, he filled the largest U-Haul truck that I've ever seen with the remnants of many transients. I don't want to get too graphic, but there were a collection of hypodermic needles and the plumbing had been pulled out before, so there was dog and human feces in almost every room (I know... yuch!). Jason was vigilant about checking on the place and did several follow-up visits for us to re-secure the premises and I would highly recommend him for any clean out that you might face.

I used Jason and his team a couple months ago and they were great! I was renovating my child home that I inherited after a family member's passing and it was filled with clutter and bulky furniture no longer needed. They were able to clear it out in one day with no issues. His pricing was reasonable for the work they did, and I was satisfied overall. Would recommend Bio-One.

I had a situation where I needed covid clean up fast. I had called several other companies and was put on hold or they will call me back in a couple of hours. I calle Bio One and Jason answer said he would be here at 2:30pm and he showed up on time gave me a quote on the spot and took care of the job! The crew got floors, counters and showers clean that I thought were impossibly stained. They sorted and retrieved precious family heirlooms and valuable items. The guys even did an extra good job detail cleaning my aunt’s room because she has allergies and asthma.
