Hard working crew, and extremely reliable. We have several issues with cleaning out hoarder and dump sites, and the Bio-One crew is never afraid to tackle the nastiest of jobs. Their tenacity is appreciated, and I highly recommend them for these types of jobs and clean-ups. Thanks!

Bio-One Chula Vista did an awesome job cleaning the house! They did a more thorough job and at a better price than what other companies offered. They went above and beyond. The crew got floors, counters and showers clean that I thought were impossibly stained. They sorted and retrieved precious family heirlooms and valuable items. The guys even did an extra good job detail cleaning my aunt’s room because she has allergies and asthma. Jason honored the original estimate, even though it was more work than originally thought and stayed late to get the job done. He communicated and documented throughout the job. I highly recommend Bio-One Chula Vista!

I had a situation where I needed covid clean up fast. I had called several other companies and was put on hold or they will call me back in a couple of hours. I calle Bio One and Jason answer said he would be here at 2:30pm and he showed up on time gave me a quote on the spot and took care of the job! Thank you Jason it gives me peace of mind that we are able to continue to work in a disinfectant environment!

I can't thank them enough for their help in getting my home safe and clean again. Jason and his team were very respectful of my home and made sure to keep me aware of everything going on during the process of cleaning up. They were so helpful, polite, and very professional . They marked everything off on my list for them and even more! I definitely recommend them!

An absolutely wonderful service, with easily the best value in San Diego. The speed, efficiency, and care taken is unrivaled. A company that cares, a company that's efficient. I had a problem that would have taken me months, if not years, to do on my own, and they managed to pull it off in three days. They managed to sift through things and keep a lot of things I wanted to keep, unlike many businesses that'd toss near everything. Truly delivers the help that I needed.

Obviously if you're in the market for services of this type, you're already super stressed. I called and got quotes from a few other services before choosing Bio-One of Chula Vista. First of all, getting a quote for the entire job as opposed to paying an hourly or day rate saved quite a bit of $$$$. My particular job was cleaning out my mother's hoard, for the second time mind you. This hoard was utterly disgusting, rotting food everywhere, used adult diapers on the floor, and enough mice to take over a small country on top of waist high garbage. The stench was unreal. But Jason Madsen and his crew showed up and made it seem like it was no big deal. When you're so mortified you just want to curl up and hide, their level of go-to professionalism definitely made an awful situation easier. They were quick, but thorough. Several times one of the cleaners would bring a tiny jewelry box over to me that they dug out of the filth or some other tiny little trinket that looked valuable for me to assess. They called me over when they had questions about if something should go or not. Jason made it clear I didn't have to be there at all for the cleanup, but I knew there would be items that needed saving. At one point I was hemming and hawing about getting rid of my grandmother's tiki style cabinet. I really wanted it, but the mouse damage was pretty severe. Jason and another cleaner stopped what they were doing, came over, and spent several minutes telling me what the piece would require to be saved. I ended up tossing it. They did so many things like that all day, in the middle of that appalling disaster, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. Never did they seem disgusted, put out, or frustrated, the crew was actually very nice and amusing. And the icing on this disgusting cake was the amazing amount of clean up they did before they left. I didn't expect that at all. The house certainly wasn't perfect, but the major grime and filth was cleaned up. It was left in a livable state. The giant squeegee used on the kitchen floor was particularly satisfying to see. They filled up an entire 20ft truck and took all that shit away. If I could leave more stars, I certainly would. I did the research, you reap the reward. Save your frustration and time and go with this company. I'm so relieved I found them.
